Pottery & yoga evening

About

Pottery and Yoga evening, Create a beautiful pottery tealight holder using hand building techniques, then enjoy the serene practice of yoga

An evening for you to enjoy two creative and calming practices. Have a go at handbuilding your own Tea-light holder out of clay, this will be fired for you and ready to take him a few weeks after the event, you then get to enjoy your creation throughout the winter evenings. The second half of the evening is to then sink into the beautiful serene practice of yoga, You will be gently guided to help you unwind and ease any tensions or stresses.

There will be warm drinks to sip on whilst creating your pottery and delicious cakes, the whole evening will feed your creativity, your mind, body and soul.

A great way to meet people and join others in this lovely evening.

Nicky and Ruth have worked together and delivered these workshops many times, they bring a warm, relaxed welcome and will support you to have the best experience!

Nicky is a Psychotherapist and potter and believes how creativity can bring support to healing and easing away stresses. Ruth a McTimoney Chiropractor, Yoga teacher and Yoga therapy practitioner brings her practices together to really support the whole body.
