Gloucester Tall Ships Festival
Jump aboard for Gloucester Tall Ships Festival in the Historic Gloucester Docks. The festival which takes place in May every two years boasts awe-inspiring tall ships, stories from sea from the captain and crew as well as lots more entertainment for all of the family!
Who doesn’t love a nostalgic trip down memory lane? Reminisce over vintage cars, fashion and music at Pro Gloucester Goes Retro weekend. The city centre comes to life on the last bank holiday weekend of August. Each street is filled with cars from different eras as well as King’s Square being transformed into an arena of fashion, food and fun filled dance sessions that you will love getting your groove on for.

Join us in the 2-week celebration of bringing Gloucester’s unique history to life at Gloucester History Festival, as well as exploring hidden places with England’s largest festival of history and culture Heritage Open Days. Barn on the Farm

Gloucester Fake Festival

Three Choirs Festival
The longest running non-competitive classical music festival in the world. Three Choirs is an annual, week-long, summer festival full of concerts, services, recitals, masterclasses, talks, theatre, exhibitions. Each year the festival rotates between English cathedral cities; Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester.

Gloucester CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival
Taking place in the Historic Blackfriars, campaign for real ale first began in 1991at the Old Crown, Westgate Street- with nine members. Now, with over 500 members, CAMRA has a great local community. Enjoy beer and cider at the festival as well as enjoying hot food and great entertainment.
Gloucester Quays Food and Drink Festival
For the foodies, enjoy a fantastic three days full of celebrity chefs, stalls galore, children's entertainment and live music in the summer sun. Hungry visitors can tuck into an alfresco dining experience, with the chance to sample some fantastic street food, sweet treats and refreshing drinks.
Gloucester Rhythm & Blues Festival
The long-running Gloucester Rhythm and Blues Festival returns annually at various venues across the city. A mainstay of Gloucester's festival season, local, national and international Blues artists converge on the city for a nine-day celebration of the genre.
