A taste of Japan

About

Koj is a chef, teacher, food writer and judge with a deep passion for Japanese food and drink. After reaching the final of MasterChef, he completed an elite fast-track training programme in some of Europe's most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Oud Sluis. As a private chef, he has cooked for Elizabeth II, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Eddie Redmayne.

His own restaurant earned critical acclaim for its pioneering approach to Japanese dining, and in 2020, he published his first book, No Sushi. Now, Koj brings his exceptional creativity to Kingsholm Stadium for an immersive evening of outstanding Japanese cuisine paired with fine Japanese whisky.
