Calling all of Santa's little helpers! His team of snow elves need your help to max out on Christmas spirit!

They'll need you to venture through the Chamber of Wonder and Whimsy and deep into the twinkling Gingerbread Forest to find the snow elves' gingerbread house. You'll need to make a Christmas wish and hang it in the house.

With lights, sounds, activities, games and puzzles to solve, this immersive interactive journey is sure to leave a magical impression on you and your family. What's more, we're making this festive experience available for only £1 per child and adults are FREE, so ensure you pop in and take part.

How does Operation Wishmas work?
Your ticket gives you 30 minutes to complete the mission. We anticipate that this will be a popular trail, so please arrive ahead of your slot so you can maximise your time.

When you book a ticket it will be for a 30 minute timeslot at a set time. You will have a full 30 minutes to enjoy the trail as long as you arrive at your start time. We can let you in at any time during your slot if you're late but we can't extend your time into the next slot as there will be more people booked in. We're limiting numbers per slot so everyone can have space and time to enjoy all the activities.
