A Three Choirs Festival Concert

About

Experience the power of live choral music at the 2026 Three Choirs Festival in Gloucester. Our superb selection of concerts features the Festival's own choirs, internationally-recognised soloists, and the world-renowned Philharmonia Orchestra. Enjoy our flagship evening concerts, laid back late-nights, and intimate daytime recitals, and soak up the atmosphere between events in our Festival Village in the magnificent surroundings of Gloucester Cathedral.

The exciting programme for 2026 includes Mozart's dramatic Requiem, Elgar's masterpiece The Dream of Gerontius, and a thrilling daytime schedule with recitals from VOCES8, Roderick Williams, and Sydney Philharmonia Choirs among others. The three Cathedral Choirs from Gloucester, Hereford, and Worcester join forces to sing Evensongs throughout the week in a feast of Anglican choral music, including a live broadcast on BBC Radio 3.

There is also plenty to do which doesn't need a ticket – pop into one of the open cathedral rehearsals, meet with friends and enjoy a drink at the Festival Bar, discover amazing local performers on the Festival Bandstand, and browse the beautiful items made by highly-skilled designers in the Festival Marquee.

It's going to be an incredible week of music – why not come along and see for yourself why so many people come back to the Festival year after year?
