Stillness & Sound: sacred stone - Gong bath

About

Part of the Stillness & Sound Summer of Sound series, exploring immersive sound experiences across unique spaces throughout Gloucester.
A gong bath sound experience held within St Nicholas' a medieval Church, shaped by centuries of stillness and quiet devotion. Here sound settles extending through, stone, architecture and silence itself.
Here, vibration carries differently, extending beyond the moment itself and gently filling the space.
Through gongs, and carefully selected instruments, the building becomes part of the experience, offering a grounding sense of immersion.
Expect an hour of resonance, rest, and a feeling of quiet, timeless stillness.
