About

Come along for a bowl of soup and a show at lunchtime!

This month, Soup Theatre presents "Enough to Make you Cry" - a new comedy play by Carol Sheppard.

As the Onion Fayre nears, George's obsession with growing the perfect vegetable turns to paranoia. While he suspects sabotage, his wife, Vera fears he's unravelling. Will George win the prize cup or will it all end in tears? A comic tale of pride, trust, and root vegetables starring Marianne Gaston as Vera and David Lloyd as George.

Performances are suitable for ages 11 and over. Each £10 includes a bowl of delicious home made soup or equivalent light lunch, and the event is designed to fit into an hour-long lunch break. Doors open at 12:45 with soup served at 1pm.
