Real Ale Festival

About

Raise a glass to 14 years of outstanding beer, cider, music and community as The Pelican Inn celebrates its 14th Anniversary Real Ale Festival this June. Taking place from midday to midnight on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June 2026, this much-loved Gloucester festival promises two packed days of expertly kept ales, live music, great food and unbeatable pub atmosphere in one of the country's most celebrated real ale destinations.

You can enjoy an incredible line-up of 32 real ales, 10 craft kegs and 16 proper ciders spread across three bars, alongside mouthwatering street food from Mrs Melton's Smokeshack. Friday brings live sets from Rev Ferriday and Run Yoshi Run, while Saturday features performances from Churchdown Male Voice Choir, Friends Ukenited and 2Coustix, creating the perfect soundtrack for a weekend of great beer and good company.
