About

As part of Gloucester's citywide celebration of vintage style and music, come along to The Folk of Gloucester on Westgate Street where the 1960s will be swinging in earnest! Our staff will be dressing up in their grooviest regalia, so why not join them and celebrate this revolutionary decade in our summer beer garden! The programme is as follows:

10am - 12pm and 4 - 5pm: Bring your own vinyl singles to play on our decks

11am - 4pm: British films and archive material from the 1960s will be playing in the Ed Shed

12-4pm: Local DJ Dan Cooper will be transporting us back to the 60s with hits of the decade

From 2pm: 60s banger bingo - grab yourself a bingo card and listen out for selected songs throughout the afternoon

Our cafe and well-stocked bar will be open throughout the day. Entry is free with donations welcomed to support the upkeep of our historic buildings.
