Character Tours of The Folk of Gloucester
24, 30, and 31 May
Meet the Folk of Gloucester's costumed tour guides who represent actual people such as Bishop Hooper, who burned at the stake, and other characters connected to the buildings, two of which date from Tudor times. A listed historic building, the Folk offers you fascinating stories and gory tales while giving you a feel for how life was lived here over the past five centuries.
