Join us for a free evening of creative decision making with Together Gloucester and Gloucester Soup - meet, chat, eat some soup and vote for who you think should receive funding to put on events in King's Square this Summer.

What to expect:
During the evening there will be four pitches from four organisations, lasting 4 minutes each, you get to ask questions, eat soup, chat to friends, talk about who you think should receive the funding pot for King's Square events this summer. Then - you vote - you decide which pitch wins; every ticket holder gets a vote. Come and join us for our first joint cultural decision-making night with Together Gloucester and Gloucester Soup!

Gloucester Soup exists to nourish the community through shared meals made from locally grown, sourced, and surplus ingredients, reducing food waste while funding social change. By bringing people together around soup, the project creates space for connection, conversation, and community led solutions. It is a social impact collaboration run by We Cultivate, alongside partners Project Grow and Community Roots, supported by Nourishing Gloucester and funded by Gloucester City Council.

Together Gloucester is an ambitious programme putting communities at the heart of decision making on arts and culture. It is funded by Arts Council England, which awarded funding to Gloucester Culture Trust through its National Lottery Place Partnerships Fund. Gloucester City Council has contributed alongside further funding from partners Active Gloucestershire, Gloucester BID, Gloucester City Council, Gloucester Community Building Collective, Gloucester Culture Trust, Gloucestershire Gateway Trust, GUST, The Music Works, University of Gloucestershire, and Young Gloucestershire.
