Join us at Llanthony Secunda Priory for the Llanthony Cheese & Cider Open Day. A celebration of Gloucestershire's rich food heritage and rural traditions, set within the beautiful historic grounds of the Priory.

This family-friendly event brings together local producers, traditional entertainment and hands-on activities for all ages. Throughout the day, enjoy Morris dancing performances, a Children's Trail, and take part in our Mini Cheese Rolling Event - a fun tribute to the county's famous custom.

We are delighted to welcome local producers including Ross on Wye Cider & Perry Company, who will be sharing their expertise and passion for traditional cider and perry making, and Bath Soft Cheese Co. offering award winning artisan cheeses. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the makers and learn more about the skills and stories behind their produce.

Guided tours of the Priory will run during the day at 11am and 2pm, offering a chance to explore the historic buildings and discover more about the site's fascinating past.

Admission is free with donations warmly welcomed to support the ongoing care and conservation of these remarkable historic buildings.
