What’s On
2026 here we are! Not quite sure how, but what a busy time we had in the city over the Festive Period.
Although a slightly more chilled month, there are still plenty of reasons to come into the city and enjoy What’s On.
If you are looking for some things to do, that won’t cost a thing, take a read of our ‘Re-energise yourself post Christmas, for free’ blog.
A not to be missed tradition is Welcoming the New Year at the Folk of Gloucester’s Apple Tree Wassail on the 17 Jan. Why not buy your £4 ticket, and become part of a centuries-old custom as we bless the apple trees in the Folk of Gloucester garden to bring in a year of good health, good luck and fruitful harvests.
If you are still in Panto Mood, then the King’s Theatre is presenting Peter Pan, so why not grab your tickets and fly away to Neverland from the 22 – 24 January.
Coming up at the end of the month is the famous Cajun and Zydecco Festival at Gloucester Guildhall. Back for its 32nd year, it brings the party atmosphere and the spirit of Louisiana to Gloucester. Grab your tickets NOW!
And if you are feeling the cold, don’t forget Gloucester is full of amazing businesses offering cosy indoor spaces to eat, drink and explore.
