Gloucester City Football Christmas Fireworks

About

Mark your calendars for Sunday 14 December 2025, when TigerTurf Stadium in Hempsted, Gloucester bursts into festive life for an unforgettable Christmas celebration from 4.00pm – 9.00pm.

Kick off the magic by meeting Santa's real reindeer between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Straight from Angel's Animal Ark, these gentle stars are ready for festive photos before heading back to the North Pole.

The excitement continues with a full-scale funfair brought by Angus Pedrick. From thrilling rides for adrenaline seekers to smaller attractions perfect for little ones, plus endless sweets and treats, there's something for every age.

And that's not all. The Xmas Dubs roll in with their dazzling decorated vehicles, raising funds for The Grand Appeal, supporting Bristol Children's Hospital. Alongside them, snow machines will shower kids in a magical winter wonderland, while seasonal music pumps through the evening thanks to Major Entertainments.

As darkness falls, the skies light up. At 6.45pm, families with younger children can enjoy a stunning low-noise fireworks display, followed by a spectacular laser show at 7.30pm. Then at 8.15pm, get ready for the grand fireworks finale, filling the sky with colour, sparkle, and festive cheer.

Throughout the night, food and drink stalls will keep you warm and well-fed, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Please note: no parking is available on-site, but with Gloucester Quays Christmas Market finishing the same day, why not make a day of it? A short walk connects the Quays to the stadium.

This is more than just an event—it's a Christmas experience of reindeer, funfair rides, lasers, and fireworks you'll never forget.
