These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications.

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Inter Service Rugby Championship through Visit Gloucester.

Eligibility to Enter

This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

Promotional Period

The opening date for entries is 1pm (GMT) on 25/04/2025 and the closing date for entries is 1pm (GMT) on 12^th May 2025.

Entry Instructions

Participants must enter their details through the form on the Visit Gloucester website.

• No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
• One winner will be notified on 12^th May 2025 by email. Further details will then be provided by the Promoter as to how you claim your prize.
• Visit Gloucester will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Inter Service Rugby Championship reserves the right to select and notify a new winner through Visit Gloucester.

The Prize

• 4 tickets to the RAF v Army 2024 Rugby match on Saturday 17^th May 2025 at Kingsholm Stadium.
• The winner will be selected randomly to ensure there is an equal chance of winning for everyone.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No cash alternative is offered.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• The use of specific brands as prizes by Inter Service Rugby Championship does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• Inter Service Rugby Championship's and Visit Gloucester’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
• In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final.

Delivery of the Prize

• The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Visit Gloucester for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• You agree that any personal information that you provide when opting in to the Inter Service Rugby Championship corresponding with you will be used to correspond with you about future Inter Service Rugby Championship competitions.

Limitation of Liability

• Inter Service Rugby Championship accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

• Inter Service Rugby Championship reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
