The UK's leading crazy golf, entertainment, drink and dining destination is opening its doors for the first time in Gloucester city centre this Saturday, 9 March.

Putt Putt Social is launching in the multi-brand activity centre We Do Play in the former Primark store in Kings Walk in the city centre on 9 March.

The new entertainment venue will feature nine-hole courses inspired by the beauty and buzz of the Far East, with feature holes at every turn with the courses developed to test keen golfers' skills.

Alongside the crazy golf, Putt Putt Social customers will also be able to tuck into some incredible food created by popular Japanese restaurant You Me Sushi, which serves up the best sushi outside of London. You Me Sushi has 20 eateries in Greater London and its restaurant at Putt Putt Social Gloucester is its first location in Gloucestershire.

You Me Sushi will bring a tantalising fusion of flavours including an array of sushi rolls, nigiri, katsu, dumplings, and more, meticulously crafted by the expert sushi chefs at You Me Sushi. Putt Putt Social will also have an exciting range of cocktails, including Bubble Tea specials and large sharing drinks so keen golfers can putt and dine on some delectable sushi and drink some tasty new drink fusions.

As well as the crazy golf and the extensive menu of sushi and drinks, Putt Putt Social will also have themed music nights with guest DJs that will be creating some memorable nights out in Gloucester.

Richard Beese, co-Founder of We Do Play, a provider of immersive hospitality and leisure experiences, which includes Putt Putt Social and Flip Out, said: "Gloucester will be the first city that we have launched Putt Putt Social in. It's a concept that my team is really proud of. The combination of competitive socialising, fine food and drink and music - what more could you want from a night out?"

Putt Putt Social will be the perfect addition to the recently launched attractions in the We Do Play multi-activity centre in Kings Walk. These include Laser Quest, the UK's most immersive laser-tag experience, and VRXtra, a state-of-the-art dedicated virtual reality studio where up to 16 players with VR headsets and tethered stations can take part in the most immersive games around as individuals or in teams.

Laser Quest pits teams against each other in a captivating space-themed arena where fun seekers enter a world of galactic-themed labyrinths, catwalks, and mazes, pulsating with special effects, music and dazzling lights. It is like stepping into a video game.
