Galyna Grigoriadi is a professional bandura player and singer from Ukraine. She came to Hereford with her family to seek safety. And one thing she brought with her from war torn country was her instrument. Bandura represents a soul of Ukraine.
Galyna runs bandura classes for adults in Hereford and for adults and children in Gloucester.
If you would like to try something new or learn to play bandura, join bandura workshop, no previous experience needed.
We want this workshop to be accessible to all, especially Ukrainians who have been displaced to the UK because of the war, so we are pricing this workshop at just £5 to cover the cost of materials. However, we believe that this workshop is worth much more than that. So, if you can, we suggest an additional donation of £10 should be given on the day to the workshop leader.
