A 1910 original two storey Edwardian Coach House. Set in sought after the suburbs of Gloucester City.


Light characteristic, modern and quaint. It sits at the rear of our garden, has a separate entrance a little patio area with table and chairs outside. Inside there is a fully furnished kitchenette, living/dining area, two double bedrooms and two showers rooms. It's perfect for business commuters as there are desks, lamps and a BT business wifi throughout. Easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport and all major roads.

Bedrooms 

There are two bedrooms and two shower rooms, one of which is an ensuite. Each room has a double bed with two sets of pillows offering differing firmness. The mattress are orthopaedic keep cool memory foam and all bedding is anti allergenic . There is an alarm clock, usb points and three pin points also as well as portable USB reading lamps which double into night lights if you need them. On the desk, a mirror , tissues and complimentary water. A full length mirror on the wall and storage with hangers and drawers. Hairdryers are also supplied.  

Shower rooms 

Electric step in shower, low flush WC and basin. vanity and full mirrors. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body lotion. Bath Sheets, hand towels , face cloths, vanity kits and make up remover flannels. Heated towel rail. 

The Kitchenette 

A kitchenette is idea for light cooking equipped with a dishwasher, electric fan assisted oven, single ring electric induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All crockery and cutlery is supplied. Hot beverages include tea coffee with cafetière.  

Living/Dining 

Two sofas, a 43" HD Smart TV, dining table and chairs for four, bookshelf with books. games and amenities for all ages. 

Outside Patio 

There is a small lit patio area for your exclusive use with table and chairs for four. Please note there is no smoking on site. Vaping is permitted outside only.  

Additional Amenities 

BT Business wifi is available exclusively to Coach House Guests throughout the property. Iron and Ironing Board. The dishwasher is there for your use but please bring dishwasher tablets. There is not a washing machine on site but we can provide a laundry service for longer stays. There is no charge but you will need to provide detergents. The rear garden is secure and push bikes can be left here or locked away if necessary. 

Breakfast 

Continental Breakfast consist of semi skimmed cows milk, Kellogg's breakfast cereals, Kingsmill 50/50 thick sliced bread, Quaker Oats, Fresh Orange Juice, a selection of individually wrapped jams and marmalade, butter portions, a selection of fruit yoghurt, ground fresh Taylors Italian blend cafetière coffee strength 4. Instant coffee granules, white and brown sugar, Twining's everyday tea bags. Some items may contain allergens . Alternatives can be requested. 

Guest Access, Parking & Check in process 

Check in is 5pm though sometimes the property is ready early in which case we will let you know.  

We can provide self check in details if we cannot meet you there. on your arrival time so you will not have to wait. 

There is a separate large side gate that leads to the Coach House so you can come and go as you please.  

We can take luggage early or you can leave it in your parked car if you have reserved a space on the driveway.  

When possible you can park one car on the drive though on road parking is also free of charge.
