Hillside Brewery is an exciting, family owned and run Gloucestershire brewery, built on traditional skills and values. 

We pride ourselves in producing high quality ales in small batches using traditional methods and the finest ingredients from around the world. 

Using methods which have been developed and mastered over a lifetime, we want to change people's perception of beer and what can be achieved. We are dedicated to sustainable brewing and we want to share our passion for great beer with you.

We run regular brewery tours, brewing experience days and a range of events. These are well worth visiting and we would love to see you there.

As well as producing award winning craft beer, we have multiple experiences and activities on site. Everything from Archery Tag to Battlesports.
