Mental Health Awareness Month
Singing for Wellbeing with Emma Coleman
Reconnect & Refresh
Thursday 14 October | 12:30 - 1:15pm

The voice is a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and uncovering both physical and mental presence and peace. Breathing and sounding together truly brings us together, both outwardly in connecting with others, and inwardly tuning in with ourselves.

Warm your heart and soothe your soul in this beautiful session in support of World Mental Health Awareness Day (10 October), focussing on singing for mindfulness and then learning a beautiful soul song. You will leave feeling grounded, softened, and connected to your voice and body.
